ANunez Artworks Return Policy
The moment you receive the artwork from the courier, you have exactly 3 days to determine if you are going to keep the artwork or return it for a refund. If you decide you are going to return the art piece, make sure it is in its original condition and undamaged. Damaged items will not be refunded.
Contact Anthony Nunez at email@example.com or (973) 413 – 0964 Monday thru Saturday from 10AM – 6PM about your intention in returning the item. Be sure to contact me first before shipping the artwork. Do not ship the artwork before contacting me.
You have 3 days from the day of contacting me to ship the painting back. Failure of informing the intended return within 3 days of receipt will disqualify you from getting a refund.
RETURNING UNDAMAGED ARTWORK
Within 3 days of receiving the artwork please contact me at (973) 413 – 0964 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order information and the reason for your intent to return the item.
The return shipping expense will be your responsibility. Repackage the product with its original packing materials. If you do not have the original packing materials you will be responsible for purchasing the necessary materials to ship the artwork back safely.
Once the package is received in an undamaged condition, the painting will be inspected and your refund will be processed. You will receive your funds within 7 to 10 business days.
STEPS TO TAKE IF ARTWORK ARRIVES WITH DAMAGES
1 – Within 3 days of delivery call (973) 413 – 0964 or email me at email@example.com with the order information.
2 – Save the original packaging. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
3 – Take photos of the damaged item and packaging and email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
4 – Once photo are received you will be contacted to discuss further steps.
